Brexium Global Shipping Policy

At Brexium Global, we are dedicated to getting your cutting-edge electronics to you quickly and securely. This policy outlines everything you need to know about order processing, shipping methods, delivery timelines, and related fees.

1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment verification.

• Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase. A second email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment will be sent once your order has been fulfilled and left our warehouse.

2. Shipping Destinations

• We currently ship within the United States (all 50 states) and to select international countries. For a full list of available international destinations, please check our checkout page.

• Please note that some remote or high-risk locations may be subject to shipping restrictions.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped (not the date of purchase). Transit times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

• Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders over $75.

International Shipping:

• All international orders are shipped via Express Delivery from our US warehouse.

• Estimated delivery for international orders is 7-10 business days after shipping.

• Shipping costs, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost. Brexium Global is not responsible for these additional charges. Please note that customs clearance can sometimes cause delays beyond our estimated delivery window.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the carrier’s website (e.g., UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL) to monitor your package's journey.

• If you have an account with us, you can also log in to view your order status and tracking information.

5. Shipping Restrictions & Signature Confirmation

• For your security and due to the high value of our products, all orders over $250 will require a signature upon delivery. This helps prevent loss and theft.

• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address is required.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by you.

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. Please contact us immediately at [support@brexiumglobal.com] if you need to correct your shipping address.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

• Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery or contact the shipping carrier and our customer service team immediately at [support@brexiumglobal.com]. Please take photos of the shipping box and the damaged product for our records.

• Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows that your package has not moved for an unreasonable amount of time or you have not received it within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
