• 30-Day Defect Resolution: We guarantee your device against manufacturing defects and fulfillment errors for 30 days from delivery. Our primary resolution is the prompt replacement of the item.

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are provided only in specific circumstances, such as when a replacement is not available, multiple replacements fail, or as required by state law.

• Bravera Digital 1-Year Limited Warranty: All products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, cosmetic wear, or damage from unauthorized repairs.

 

3. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times and costs are estimates. Brexium Global is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. The risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon our delivery of the item to the carrier.
