A. Refurbished Laptops & Cellphones

  • Preference Returns: Not accepted

  • Defect Resolution: Replacement or refund at our discretion

  • Condition Requirements: Device must be returned with all original accessories, undamaged, and properly reset

B. New Laptops (All Brands)

  • Preference Returns: Not accepted for opened items

  • Unopened Returns: Store credit within 30 days

  • Defect Resolution: Replacement preferred; refund when replacement cannot be provided

C. New Cellphones

  • Preference Returns: Not accepted for opened items

  • Unopened Returns: Full refund within 30 days

  • Defect Resolution: Manufacturer's warranty applies with replacement service

 

3. Brexium Global 1-Year Limited Warranty

What's Covered:
Manufacturing defects occurring during normal use within one year of delivery.

What's Not Covered:

  • Accidental damage (drops, spills, physical damage)

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, or wear that does not impact functionality)

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Software issues from third-party applications

 

Warranty Process:

  1. Contact support for troubleshooting

  2. Defect validation by our technicians

  3. Resolution via repair, replacement, or refund

 

4. State Law Compliance

We comply with all applicable state consumer protection laws, including:

  • California: In compliance with the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act

  • New York: Following General Business Law requirements

  • Massachusetts: Adhering to consumer protection regulations

  • Other States: Complying with local consumer warranty laws

State-Specific Rights:
